Peche Rosee

Chanel Peche Rosee Blush Lumiere ($70.00 for 0.49 oz.) is a lightly brightened, medium orange with a hint of red and very fine, gold pearl woven throughout that created a more satin-like sheen when applied and blended out on my skin. The texture was moderately dense, slightly firm, but not stiff; it seemed like a gel-powder hybrid but with a much less shimmery finish than most of them come out with.

It had opaque color coverage that applied evenly to bare, blended out with little effort, and looked almost “melted” after a minute of sitting on my skin. This shade lasted nicely for nine hours before fading visibly.

Ulta popped up with Chanel, lots of Chanel, but not seasonal, iirc. Exciting. One thing that sets Chanel blush apart is how refined the finish and look is. Lovely.

Absolutely gorgeous – the finish on this is spectacular and so flattering to the skin. Alas, it’s too warm for me, probably (which is a good thing given that I said blush is an item I don’t plan to purchase this year, the price is pretty steep AND it’s not easy for me to get my hands on!)

It looks so fresh and light on you! May I ask which brush you’d recommend to apply, given the description of the texture? thank you!!
