Catrice’s Highlighting Powder is supposed to be “soft and velvety” that gives a “soft glow” to the skin and is available in two shades (I reviewed Stardust previously). The texture was soft, lightly powdery, and blendable on the skin. It kicked up excess product in the pan easily, so I would recommend using a lighter touch than usual to avoid creating too much of a mess each time you use the product. The powder sat well on the skin and didn’t emphasize the texture of mine at all, and the sheen is noticeable but subtle overall. If you like more metallic highlighters, this one is going to leave you wanting more, but if you find a lot of highlighters to be too much, then this might be your cup of tea. This shade lasted for seven hours before fading on me. There was a stronger, more powdery scent coming from the powder, in case you’re sensitive to scents.

Not the most exciting highlighter, but good if you want subtle, and the price is right. And the quilt embossing is a nice touch, esp. for DS product. Think this would be nice for travel or touch ups.
