Is it really Thursday? Already? I can't believe it's July 1st! I only have about a month left of summer (aka no school) -- time flies so fast sometimes.
I really, really wanted to play around with Clear Sky Blue pigment. What better way than to use it as a base? It's actually one of the nicer matte pigments to use--some of them can be finicky, but this one's a champ when used wet.
Okay, so I'm pretty the Urban Decay Naked Palette was designed with neutral looks in mind, not so much the ultra smoky look I did yesterday. So this neutral look follows that smokier look up as a quick, work-safe alternative made easy by that palette.
