I typically use baby shampoo, but sometimes I alternate with MAC's Brush Cleanser.

My comfort zone is definitely around $14-24. My limit is $60--but for me to fork that over, it has to be the right shade for me.
How do you apply your blush? What tools/technique do you use?

I use MAC's 116 brush, and I lightly pat on the color from the apple of the cheek to the temple, and then I do a sweeping swoosh to blend.
