I love a slightly dewy blush when it comes to a cream-based formula, and then for powder-based blushes, I like satin to luminous–not super shiny or metallic but definitely a few steps above matte.
I probably gravitate towards metallics with a bit of finer sparkle, but I have a soft spot for pearl-like sheen–more than satin, less than frost/metallic.
I love luminous, pearlized lipsticks – not frosted, not metallic, but glowing and luminous without being too slippery.
