It’s a new, limited edition highlighting powder designed to give “high-impact, buildable radiance.” The texture was very soft and smooth, while it had a firmer feel to it overall, so it seems like a product that would take awhile to get through, but the firmness didn’t make it hard to apply or get color payoff out of the powder. It had medium, buildable coverage, which is in line with the brand’s description of the formula. Sunset Glow applied easily to the skin as it was quite blendable, while it wore well for eight hours before I noticed it fading along the edges.

I’ve been loving and lemming this line of shimmer powders.
Do you think you’ll end up with any of them?
If I do, I’m thinking it would likely be the Afternoon Glow shade you reviewed recently. But,on the other hand.. I have two of the ABH glow (Gleam and Sun Dipped) kits arriving sometime this week 😀 Zoiks!
Highlighter overload!!
Those are serioushighlighters. I can’t… They are too much for me I think. But then, im a shy gal.
Dudette: smack smack smack.. get on it.. use a fan brush to get a really light application. Put a bit over a blush. It looks so purdy and does not have to be OTT at all. You’ve def got the bone structure for it ?
Gorgeous!! I love colorful highlighters. I’ve actually never bought Bobbi Brown before but these are really calling to me.
The brand has some gems!
I have Afternoon Glow, but daaaang, this one looks really pretty too!
I’m glad you have one of them!
Drooooooools. I love both of these new ones, even though it looks like they’d be more of a blush and bronzer on me. But the Pink Glow from two years ago is one of my favorite highlighters, I love the finish. So I might just check out both of these.
They definitely have some color to them, though I think if you wear them more subtly, you could get more sheen and less color!
Wow, this is stunning!! I love the rose gold peach shimmer. Pretty sure I don’t have anything like this in my stash, as I normally don’t go for pink highlighters, prefer yellow gold, but this is too pretty. Wonder if I can pull it off. Oh why LE, Bobbi??
Glad you liked it, Katherine!
Me, too! But I do like the pink leaning, more than the gold leaning. If they aren’t high pigment, I can deal with yellower shades. Actually wore highlighter tonight, over an older LM apricot blush.
Wow it gives you such a healthy, beautiful glow! I assume it would be more of a blush/blush toper for me but… it is very tempting because I don’t have anything similar in my stach 🙂
If you are fairer than I, I imagine so!
So pretty on you ! How does it compare to the light pink/gold in the sun designer palette from By Terry ?
You can pull up any two swatches for comparison on the fly – we built a tool exactly so you can do this on your own! 🙂 It is on every single review page!
I am not sure which one you meant, unfortunately, as there were two palettes and each had three blushes – could you clarify? Or else you can pull them up yourself here: http://www.temptalia.com/swatch-gallery/#sbs
So pretty! It’s like if NARS Orgasm were a highlighter.
I can see what you mean!
You are building a very nice shade database in your mind.
I have a few pieces from this collection and this highlighter is the star. As I have some red in my cheeks, have been playing with it and to bring out the shine and not make my face look more red. It’s beautiful.
Christine, what brush did you use to apply the highlighter? It looks great on you!
I don’t remember, sorry!
I like this, interesting there are only a few dupes for this.
I think it’s the finish 🙂
I have 2 dupes from the list (Looxi Venom and ABH Starburst) but I really want it anyway!! ?
Haha, know the feeling! ?
Absolutely beautiful!!! It looks just about identical to a blush (?) I received in this months Ipsy Bag: Elizabeth Mott Show Me Your Cheeks in Peach Pink. Which I’ve been using as a highlighter because on me, that’s what it shows up as!
Oh, very nice!
OH my goodness. This looks fantastic!!!!! Need it! ???
Enjoy, Bonnie!
Love!
Yay!
Christine it looks so pretty on you I love it. Are you wearing as a blush?
I’m wearing it on cheek bones and cheek to show color. Sorry it isn’t the highlighter only placement you might have wanted!
Your makeup looks really pretty in this post! 🙂
Thanks!
Such a pretty color. I’m quite fair so it might be a nice subtle blush for summer casual. I’ll check it out in store next chance.
I bet it would be a light blush on you!
Very, very pretty.
It is!
Such a pretty colour!
Agreed!
Very pretty! I don’t think I’ll get it, I am on a ban, after all, and I have broken that for some OCC and UD, so it’s back on track now 🙂
I love your look in the photo, from the foundation to the earrings, gorgeous!
Good to be back on track 🙂
Never tried any of the Bobbi Brown highlighters before and this one looks gorgeous! xo
It is a pretty one!
Hi Christine! Looks very pretty! I noticed your brand tag is wrong; it says Laura Mercier, but should be Bobbi Brown..
Fixed! My mistake!
Aw! I somehow missed this review last week! Oh my, this is the highlighter I’ve been looking for the past weeks, if not months! Comparing swatches here on Tempalia, I had my mind set on Devotion from Laura Mercier, but this will suit me better I think, since it’s warmer, but still PINK! Love it. But I ‘ve learned a lesson here: I have a set budget for beauty buys now, and I have to wait until September (Aaaagh!).
Do you know the availability of this in Asia? Thanks in advance.
I don’t, sorry!
