Bobbi Brown Sunkissed Glow Highlighting Powder Review, Photos, Swatches
Sunkissed Glow
Bobbi Brown Sunkissed Glow Highlighting Powder ($48.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a medium, golden bronze with warmer undertones and gold pearl and shimmer. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied evenly to bare skin.
The formula is designed to give “high-impact, buildable radiance.” I would better describe it as a moderate to metallic highlighter with a consistency that was soft and forgiving enough to be used with a light hand for less impact but a moderate hand and typical highlighter brush yielded a strong sheen. The finish was highly reflective but did not emphasize my skin’s natural texture. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading slightly.

Formula Overview
$48.00/0.28 oz. - $171.43 Per Ounce
The formula is designed to give “high-impact, buildable radiance.” Most shades had medium or more intense pigmentation with moderate to intense shimmer, as some shades were more metallic and/or had fine sparkles. However, the powder buffs and diffuses particularly well and has a tendency to "melt" a bit more on the skin as a result. The texture was soft, smooth, and not too dense nor so soft that it became powdery in the pan. This formula typically lasted eight hours or so on my skin.

Looks lovely on you, Christine. I’m looking with interest how these highlighters compare to previous releases as I own 4 and likely passing on this collection unless there’s a truly unique shade.
Thank you, Tracey! There is more overlap than I expected, given there weren’t many before!
Pretty but pricey compared to the dupes!
These are getting up there in $$!
I love the way this looks in the pan! And it’s also super pretty on the skin! 🙂
I bet this is amazing on dark tones!
I bet it would be!
I am swooning over the sheen! I believe this would look like a bruise on my skin though. I have one in another color which is quite pretty on my skin. Mine is Sunset Glow. I guess it sold out.
I’m glad you have one that works well on your skin tone, Deborah!
Christine it looks really pretty on you and I love your eye look.
Thank you, Maria! 🙂
I love how it looks applied, but not quite enough to part with$48 smackaroos! I’ll wait for Santos or Glo Up to come back one day instead.
That price just keeps pushing up, and I know I should be used to it, but aye! I bought them and did not look at the price at the time, and when I was writing up the first review of the new three, I was like, “Wait, what? How? When?” I even looked for my review of them last year, and they were $46 then, so they went up but not as much as I thought!
This looks beautiful for brown skin; definitely on my list. Pretty eye look!
Thank you, Anastasia! xo
A very pretty shade that looks lovely on Christine.
Thanks so much, Genevieve!
