I saw the promo on the Bite feed for this. I am really excited for this release. I love how they’re multi-use so you can get the on trend “red” look for the eye without the commitment of an eye palette (I’m thinking the more expensive Chanel one). I am also really starting to like multi-use products. they’re great for travel or just on the go in my handbag. I hope these review well!

Amen to that. I’m way over allegedly outré names that are frequently sexist (as though women don’t buy the lion’s share of makeup) or offensive.

Agreed! I certainly don’t sense respect from offensive product names or marketing. BITE consistently markets products in a way that respects their customers.
Keeping the names food-based and the marketing limited to swatches and demos of the items reinforces the focus on the product, rather than building up a story about who might use the product.

Except for when they had lip products named Strange Fruit. Referencing the song sung by Billie Holliday about Black people being lynched. That was totally a classy move.

Hmmm, BITE has a good record of formulating quality products, but I’m pretty skeptical that the same stick can be used for eyes, cheeks, and mouth. Usually, something that’s moisturizing enough for the lips is too greasy for the eyes and will clog the cheeks. And due to hygiene reasons, not sure I want to use the same stick for all 3 areas! But if there’s a unique color that works as a long-lasting cream blush for the cheeks, I will consider it. Especially interested in the purple, to make my purple blushes look even more purple, rather than pink

I am not a fan of the multistick just because I don’t want what i put on my eyes touching my lips and cheeks, my bacteriaphobness doesn’t allow for me to do that 🙁 BUT knowing that I have something than can be a full face look if needed is kind of a plus. Cream blushes never seem to work for me either but I must say that these look more user friendly than the huge NARS kind.

As much as I love Bite, I think I’m going to hold off on these. I’ve been burned by the multi-stick concept before–I feel like they’re either too hydrating & never dry down on the face or too powdery & dry out my lips. ?

I think I’ll wait to see your reviews, Christine, before I pull the trigger myself!

While these do read a little gimmicky to me I’m curious to see how they perform. That being said I wish they had come out with some more unique colors. If you’re going to market something as an eyeshadow I would expect more of a range, and with all of the cool lip colors out there now I don’t think it would be too far fetched 🙂

I saw these on Bite’s Instagram and I AM INTRIGUED. I wouldn’t be able to bring myself to spend $24 on just a lipstick but I could definitely see myself spending that much on a solid multipurpose product. Hoping these do well!

Definitely have to try these. Came here today to try to choose a color. Not so interested in the multi, very interested in the stick, as in iip! I love Bite’s Matte Crème Crayon so more Bite shades in a formula that may have good staying power sounds good to me. I don’t ever use cream blush or shadow so probably won’t even try it that way. But for lips, can’t wait to try! Macaroon, maybe? Biscotti or Mascarpone…? 😉

I’m loving the idea of these! Great looking colours and the texture sounds right (It’s a brand description though so who knows!). I also appreciate that it’s silicone-free, I don’t necessarily mind silicone in my lip/eye products, but for my face it’s a big nope.

These remind me of a product I purchased 10 years ago from…. Revlon? It was marketed as a cream blush and they may have said it was multipurpose but I’m not positive. It was a lovely rosy berry shade and had a very powdery dry down.
