Lit Turmeric
Bite Beauty Lit Turmeric Amuse Bouche Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a muted, medium peachy-orange with warm undertones and a satin finish. It seemed a little more muted (and therefore, peachy) to my eye than a coral shade, but I found myself debating between coral and orange. The lipstick was richly pigmented with a lightly creamy, smooth consistency that was slightly denser and thicker but not stiff or difficult to use. There was a smidgen of color that pulled into my deeper lip lines, but this wasn’t noticeable from a normal viewing distance. It wore well for five and a half hours and had a hydrating formula.

Formula Overview
$26.00/0.15 oz. - $173.33 Per Ounce
Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.15 oz.) is supposed to have “bold, creamy color” with “extreme moisture, soft texture, and creamy wear.” The majority of the range is very pigmented–typically opaque with one pass–with a few shades being semi-opaque but usually buildable.
The consistency is very lightly creamy to lightly creamy with some shades requiring light-medium pressure and can pull the lip a bit when gliding it across the lips, though the color doesn’t appear ragged and the bullet itself doesn’t feel stiff (while other shades applied without tugging, so check individual shade reviews!) The majority of the shades I’ve tested have been lightly hydrating to non-drying and fairly comfortable to wear for the long-haul. They have a herbal, lemony scent but no discernible taste. They wear longer than average, from four to eight hours, depending on the intensity and propensity of the shade to stain.

Smoked Za'atar
Bite Beauty Smoked Za’atar Amuse Bouche Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark plummy brown with subtle, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had more initial shine to its finish compared to most of the Amuse Bouche range in my experience. It had opaque color coverage that applied evenly and smoothly across my lips without dragging. The color adhered well, felt lightweight and hydrating over time, and wore for five and a half hours on me.

LELimited Edition. $26.00.
Crushed Chili
Bite Beauty Crushed Chili Amuse Bouche Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a deep, coppery-red with warm undertones and a satin finish. It had opaque color payoff in a single layer of product. The texture was firmer, dense but not overly thick or stiff to work with, so the color applied without dragging and adhered well for longer-wear. This shade lasted beautifully for over six hours and was hydrating while worn.

I am so happy that I purchased Crushed Chili. I usually leantowards cool-based reds; but, this is such an unusual color. I have not been this excited about a lipstick since Urban Decay released Epigram last year. Crushed Chili defitnitely deserves its high grade.
I’m eyeballing crushed chili. Ditto, I usually do not go for warm reds. I was tempted by Fenty Freckle Fuesta, but I know that one would run too orange for my skin. This one, however, looks do-able and unique.
Snd fiesta too
Gorgeous, yes. Unusual? Idk, having, yeah, 6 of the dupes….though they aren’t so similar on me. Embarrassing.
Loving Smoked Za’atar. I probably shouldn’t think about buying another lipstick, and it’s probably too dark for me, but it sure is pretty!
Not a loser in the bunch! All 3 look gorgeous,
*All 3 look gorgeous, with Lit Tumeric and Smoked Za’ater finding themselves smack dab on my insanely long WL! I do believe that Lit Tumeric will look far more flattering, and less scary on me than CP Felix does. Still love Felix, but didn’t particularly like the awkward stares I received while wearing it, though.
Bite is killing it quality-wise. Love it
All three of these are gorgeous. I love Smoked Za’Atar but I know I couldn’t pull it off. Such a lovely and unusual shade, though.
Smoked Za’atar is a really pretty shade.
Love these – especially Crushed Chili and Smoked Za’tar!
Omg Christine I came here for the lipstick swatches but I couldn’t help but to stay to stare at your eyeshadow! I love the hazy purple look!!
Thank you, Maria!
