Blush Pearl
Bite Beauty Blush Pearl Crème Lip Gloss ($22.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a milky pink base with iridescent pink and silver pearl and larger pink-to-violet sparkle. It had semi-sheer coverage that applied evenly and only had minimal settling into lip lines, which was impressive for the lightness of the color and the gloss formula itself. The texture was smooth, lightweight, and comfortable to wear with just a touch of tackiness. It wore well for four hours and was hydrating over time. I think the shade was designed to be sheerer, but it wasn’t made apparent in the product description (most of the glosses are semi-opaque to opaque).

The Creme Lip Gloss is supposed to give a “modern, foiled lip look” with “pearlized color pay off” while softening the lips. The formula had a light-medium weight to it, which I think helped ensure that the shimmer didn’t feel gritty on the lips.
It had a little tackiness after an hour of wear, but it was never a really sticky or goopy gloss on. The wear was anywhere from four to five hours, and the formula felt hydrating to me. They had a really strong, mirror-like finish that made them more wearable on their own, as it was hard to notice any imperfections in the coverage.
They also worked well layered over various lipsticks (both Bite’s lipsticks as well as other brands’ formulas) for adding shine and sparkle. The gloss had a sweet, fruity scent–the same one found in other Bite lip products.

Cherry Pearl
Bite Beauty Cherry Pearl Crème Lip Gloss ($22.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a dark, reddish plum with warm, brown undertones and fine pearl. The consistency was very smooth and almost cream-like, and it was light-medium in weight where I could tell I was wearing gloss but it didn’t have enough tackiness to feel glue-like on. It had nearly opaque pigmentation, and the color applied evenly, but there was slight color that darkened in my lip lines, though the mirror-like shine helped mask that in person. This shade lasted for five and a half hours and was moisturizing.

Lavender Pearl
Bite Beauty Lavender Pearl Crème Lip Gloss ($22.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a medium, bluish silver with cool undertones and multi-colored pearl and faint, larger-sized sparkle. It had semi-sheer pigmentation that was buildable to medium coverage. The gloss was lighter weight, smooth, and just a touch sticky. It could have applied more evenly, and there was visible color that pulled into my lip lines. It wore well for four hours and was hydrating. This shade would work better layered over another lip product, especially if it was patted over the center of the lips rather than applied all over.

These are quite pretty on. Some of the lip line issues might be avoided by putting it over a lip pencil. I expected Blush Pearl to be a lot subtler, honestly. It picks up the light quite beautifully.
Cherry Pearl was made for you! You look beautiful with that shade.
I was going to buy Lavender Pearl as part of the VIB 20% off sale, but it’s not looking too impressive. I probably have some eye shadow or pigment I could use to get a similar effect! Maybe I will get Cherry instead… Or save my money.
These are all gorgeous on you! I have a couple of their glosses and love them but that cherry on you! I’m gonna have to get it!
I want Cherry! Looks delightful for such a dark, rich gloss. And so pretty for winter, too! ?
The other two? As toppers only. I cannot see either one working all that great on its own.
What blush are you wearing in these photos? It looks great on you!

Wow, these are really gorgeous. Cherry Pearl is stunning and looks fantastic on you, Christine.
I thought when I saw the Bite holiday promo that these would be released as a gift set. I’m glad they’re not, as I don’t really see the Blush Pearl or the Lavender Pearl working well for me (although the Blush Pear is *stunning* on you). I’ll be picking up the Cherry, because bold reds are totally my deal and it will look lovely on its own, and I think layered as well!
My, my Cherry Pearl is gorgeous.
