To the Sky is a deep navy blue with lighter blue and teal micro-sparkle that gave it a twinkling, metallic finish. The eyeshadow was richly pigmented with a smooth, almost cream-like texture that wasn't overly dense but had good adhesion to bare skin. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.
