Urban Decay Hollyweird Vice Hydrating Lipstick ($19.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a brighter, medium-dark fuchsia with strong, cool blue undertones and a cream finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable color coverage paired with a smooth, lightweight texture that was lightly tacky on my lips but had enough slip to apply comfortably, though it was creamier as it melted against my lips. The color stayed on nicely for five and a half hours, left a stain behind, and was hydrating over time.
