Computer Blue is a light cornflower blue with strong, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that was prone to sheering out as the texture was moderately powdery, though denser and very finely-milled--less dry and thin compared to recent matte eyeshadows from the brand. I would recommend pairing it with a primer, though. It wore decently for seven hours before fading noticeably.
