Best Products of the Week | Vol. 300
Hope your weekend is starting off on the right note! Every Saturday, I like to share the top 10 products from the last week of reviews. It’s a nice way to highlight what reviews have been published recently. Similarly, I love reading–and I know others enjoy sharing!–their own “week in review” when it comes to what makeup/beauty products they may have used and/or enjoyed.
What was your week in review like? Copy and paste the lil’ survey below and share your answers in the comments 🙂

LOOK YOU LOVED THIS WEEK?: I wore pretty much the same makeup every day with little tweaks. Very minimal, but I actually liked it OK. FACE — Nutrogena Sheer Zinc Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 (let face absorb) a Frankenstein mix of setting powders, ColourPop All Star Mattifying Setting Spray. Tony Moly Cats Wink Clear Pact Powder in 01 as a very light coverage “foundation.” Some days I wore Physicians Formula Butter Blush in Beachy Peach, alone or mixed with the Butter Bronzer (both from the PF Murumuru Butter Glow Face Palette). EYES — TFSI. NYX peachy color concealer for dark circles. A neutral shimmer all over the lid from either Vol.1 or Vol. 3 of Tarte ROTS palettes — peachy one day, bronzy another, pinky another, etc. UD Perversion Mascara. LIPS– CP Lux Lip Oil in Reign Check, Moira Beauty Glow Getter Hydrating Lip Oil in Berry, or e.l.f. Matte Lip Color in Tea Rose.
We had a couple really humid days, so it was a good test run and learning experience for our Hawaii trip.
ANY NEW OR OLD FAVORITES DISCOVERED?: Old — Tarte ROTS Vol. 1 and 3. I took them with me on vacation, because I knew I’d be going really light on makeup. Perfect one-and-done neutral shades for super hot days, including humid ones.
ANY PRODUCT YOU’RE HOPING TO USE NEXT WEEK?: My Sydney Grace order was waiting for me when I got home from vacation last night. I’m. Beyond excited to try out the three Temptalia Palettes and Dear Reader single.
Christine, everything is even more beautiful in person! I switched a few shades last night, and I’m already in love.
*swatched, not switched
Oh, so glad to hear it, Rachel!! Thank you!

Look you loved this week?: My eye look using Radiant Reflection! I used Temptalia on inner lid blended with Jealousy’s Descent on outer lid, Unstoppable Love in Crease. I also used MUG Peach Smoothie for transition and Looxi Flutter for inner corner!
Any new or old favorites discovered?: The Sydney Grace x Temptalia palettes 😀
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: The Sydney Grace x Temptalia palettes and Terra Moons Lunar Spectrum since it feels like I waited forever to own it haha!
Look you loved this week?: So, for my try-on video for the Sydney Grace x Temptalia collection, I made two simple looks with each palette, six looks in total. Would it be cheating to call those six looks the one “look” I loved this week? If I had to pick one of the six it would be the more colorful look I did with Radiant Reflection, in which I started with “Jealousy’s Descent” on the lid and then blended some of “Glossover” from the middle lid down towards the inner corner
Any new or old favorites discovered?: I tried a lot of new stuff this weekend, having filmed both a collective haul and my try-on of the Sydney Grace x Temptalia collection, but I have to say my favorite new thing I tried is the palettes from the Sydney Grace x Temptalia collection. For old discoveries, it would have to be the Colourpop x Animal Crossing blush in “Flower Tender”
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I probably shouldn’t wear my Sydney Grace x Temptalia palettes to work since they’re not Sephora products, so I’ll save them for next weekend!
