ColourPop Overpacked is a moderately warm-toned, light-medium glitter with a glitter finish. It is a limited edition glitter that retails for $6.00 and contains 0.04 oz.

NOTICE: All products categorized under "Glitter" contain Polyethylene Terephthalate, also known as plastic or PET glitter, and it is typically cosmetic grade glitter. Inclusion of this ingredient sometimes carries a warning (in the US) that the product is "not intended for use in the immediate eye area." This ingredient has not been approved for usage on the eyes per the FDA. In recent years, some brands are including this product in their eyeshadows without any warning or callout and effectively marketing them as eyeshadows or including a symbol of an "eye" which suggests eye usage. Via CosIng for EU, PET glitter is permitted without any restrictions or limitations. For an in-depth look at whether cosmetic grade glitter is safe, please view this post.
Editor's Review

Overpacked is a multi-colored glitter over a translucent base but reads primarily as a warmer pink glitter with some multi-colored particles mixed in. It had small-sized glitter–larger than shimmer or sparkle but not the larger, more visually noticeable hexagon-shaped glitter that the brand sometimes releases.

It had medium to semi-opaque “coverage” in a single layer. The product had good spreadability, and while it had better wear than glitters of the past, there was still some migration/fallout over eight hours. It contains plastic glitter and is not intended for use on the eye area.
