Sydney Grace Pink of Perfection, Master Plan, My Bond, Starry Night Cream Shadows Reviews & Swatches
Pink of Perfection
Sydney Grace Pink of Perfection Cream Shadow ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a deep pink with subtle, warm undertones and pink and gold sparkle throughout, which gave it a more metallic finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage that applied fairly evenly to bare skin, but the texture seemed ever-so-slightly thin, so I felt like I had to be careful to lay down the color first, let it dry down a little bit, and then blend out the edges to ensure even, opaque coverage. The color stayed on well for 10 hours without fading or creasing.

Formula Overview
$8.00/0.33 oz. - $24.24 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to "dry down to a smudge proof finish" that isn't waterproof but "will last all day on the lids." The brand recommends working "one eye at a time" as the formula "dr[ies] fairly quickly." It is a very pigmented formula where the merest dab of product--like as little as one can physically squeeze out of the tube--is enough for most of the mobile lid.
If you're someone who tends to use their cream eyeshadows as sheer washes of color, I think this formula is "too" pigmented and dries too quickly to make sheer application as effortless as you'd want. If you love the effect of and finish of creamier, metallic eyeshadows and want true, full coverage application, these are worth looking into. I recommend squeezing out the smallest amount of product on the back of your hand or onto a mixing palette, and then using fingertips or a flat, synthetic brush to apply to the lid. I prefer a brush as it gives more working time than when I used my fingertips.
The texture was smooth, like a liquid-cream hybrid as it wasn't runny but it was more spreadable than a cream eyeshadow you'd find in a jar. The majority of shades applied evenly to bare skin with little effort, and the edges remained blendable enough (even as it was mostly dried down) to soften and fuse with other shades. They're very lightweight and the majority of them sat well on my lids without emphasizing lines or texture (sometimes an issue with liquid/cream, more metallic products).
It didn't have that dry down that felt so set and locked in that if you kept trying to blend it out (after it was dry) you'd get flaking; these never flaked or lifted. Based on past experiences--in general with cream eyeshadows--I recommend working with your powder eyeshadows first (unless you're using it as a base), and then going in with the cream eyeshadows and going back over any areas to further blend if necessary. That being said, I was able to layer powder eyeshadow over them without them lifting or becoming patchy. They're some of the easiest cream eyeshadows I've worked with to incorporate into multi-shade looks. The wear varied from eight to ten hours on me before there was slight fading or a bit of creasing.
My only complaint is that with a six-month shelf life paired with so much color payoff... one tube is so much product. These could be sold half-sized tubes and still stretch for many, many uses. I really enjoy the squeeze-tube packaging along with the smaller opening, as it made it much easier to control than some other liquid/cream products.

Master Plan
Sydney Grace Master Plan Cream Shadow ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a medium-dark pink base with warmer undertones and gold-to-green duochrome shift. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which applied evenly to bare skin and blended out nicely as it dried down. The consistency was lightweight, thin, and spreadable, but it didn’t feel overly wet or thin, so it was easy to work with whether I used fingertips or synthetic brushes. It wore well for 10 hours without fading or creasing on me.

My Bond
Sydney Grace My Bond Cream Shadow ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a medium-dark, plummy brown with warm undertones and flecks of blue-to-green shifting sparkle. The texture felt a little too runny compared to other shades in the line-up, and as a result, it had semi-opaque coverage in a single layer, but on the other hand, it was easier to sheer out (if that is something you like to do with your cream eyeshadows). I was able to build up coverage by dabbing a touch on wherever needed with a second layer.
It had larger sparkle in it, which resulted in a higher-shine, more sparkly effect, but it didn’t disperse as evenly through the application. Once on, it dried down to a “soft set,” where I could still soften the edges but it didn’t crease or move around. It lasted nicely for 10 hours with slight fallout over time.

Starry Night
Sydney Grace Starry Night Cream Shadow ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a medium, reddish-brown base with warm undertones paired with blue-to-green shifting pearl. It had a higher-shine, more metallic finish, but the shimmer was very fine compared to most shades in the range. The texture was lightweight, spreadable, and easy to work with as it wasn’t too thick or too thin. It was richly pigmented with full coverage in a single layer to the point where a little went a long way. The eyeshadow dried down and still remained lightly blendable along the edges, so I didn’t feel rushed while working with it. On me, it showed slight fading after nine and a half hours of wear.

T’would have been more fitting should Pink of Perfection have scored 100%
Those are super pretty.
Starry Night is so beautiful and it would make a beautiful standalone eye look. All of them are gorgeous shades.
These really look amazing! Personal picks are Master Plan and Starry Night. Master Plan has me thinking of the duochrome pink/gold in PMG Ritualistic Rose just a bit!
You might be better off with Master Plan since the pink/gold PMG on Ritualistic Rose was an absolute fallout disaster no matter how I tried to apply it…
I’m getting way into cream shadows lately! Is it just me or are there more offerings? Will have to try these at some point. Prefer tube versions over pots! Can’t decide if I like doe foot versus squeeze tip though. Squeeze tip probably last longer? I never touch the doe foot to my eye though. Random midnight thoughts!
Squeeze tubes are easier to get all the product out, and I think it is easier to use them more hygienically!
I have so many of these and they just don’t last on me for some reason. I am actually wearing master plan today and I applied it at 430pm. It started to fade like 45 minutes after I put it on, so I added more. It’s 3am, and I can hardly see it on my eyes. I don’t have oily lids at all, so I don’t know what the problem is. I even tried today using it with a glitter glue. Devinah has a pressed shadow that is this exact color, and it is more intense on my eyes than this cream shadow is??♀️I don’t know why the SG cream shadows just don’t want to be my friend. LoL
Are you using a base / what base? The only thing I can think of is that it’s possible that the base is interfering, but I think you’ve tried them alone as well.
Seems like pink of perfection makes lips so naturally!
Master plan is beautiful! But I share your thoughts on the amount of product paired with the six-month shelf life. It honestly feels rather short for how much you get. I would love a smaller size that I could realistically use up (or atleast get close to!) in that amount of time.
It’s SO pretty, but it’s also a dupe of The Greatest Gift, which is extremely pretty and will last longer. I have it and totally recommend it!
