Tom Ford Beauty Dazed Lip Spark Review & Swatches
Dazed
Tom Ford Beauty Dazed Lip Spark ($55.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a rich, reddish-berry with subtle, cool undertones and flecks of ruby red and violet sparkle. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that applied evenly in a single, fluid stroke across my lips. There was a smidgen of product that sank into my deeper lip lines, but it wasn’t noticeable from a normal viewing distance. The texture was lightweight, emollient, and thin without being clingy, and it didn’t feel gritty, but I could tell it was a more glittery lipstick going on, so some may find that a deal-breaker. It wore well for five hours and was hydrating over time.

Formula Overview
$56.00/0.1 oz. - $560.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to "look" like "loose glitter on lips" with "uniform payoff" and "multidimensional color" paired with an "emollient" feel. The pigmentation varied from medium to semi-opaque that adhered evenly and fairly smoothly to my lips. The consistency varied from emollient without any grit/texture from the glittery bits to slightly noticeable during application but didn't feel gritty or rough to me while worn (for any of the shades).
The texture had slip but was lightweight and on the thinner side, so it did not feel slippery. Only one shade was problematic--Surge--which clumped up and was sheerer compared to the other shades. They lasted between four and six hours and were lightly hydrating over time. They had a hint of vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

I love cool-toned reds and this one is really pretty, but $55 is more than I’m willing to spend on one lipstick. I love the closeup photo of the lipstick itself!
This is really pretty but there are just so many amazing options out there that don’t cost that much.
The lip sparks look very similar in terms of bullet texture to the Lisa Eldridge velvet lipsticks, don’t they? These Tom Ford ones look stunning as bullets, I adore that dimensional feel that they have.
Ciate’s have a similar exterior texture, though I don’t think the actual lipsticks feel like the Velvets at all.
I just looked it up, it looks very similar indeed. These glittery lipsticks with that network bullet textures look very mesmerizing to me, I really like your macro shots.
Beautiful color! I can’t find the dupe list.
It should show now!
Gorgeous! However, too much for a lipstick. I’ll manage with a dupe.
Gorgeous shade and I love the finish. Just beautiful.
Talk about a glorious shade of iced berry-red! I’d rather have this than my PMG Rebel Red any day. If for no other reason, this is deeper, richer and more complex!
That’s honestly the coolest looking bullet I’ve ever seen! *_* So beautiful
Really beautiful and with so much depth of colour. Tom Ford frequently does lipsticks right and it is a product that I enjoy from his collection. Just not sure about the $55. My wallet would scream “OUCH”. I have however, hunted for a limited edition lipstick from Tom Ford and when I found it I had to pay significantly more so I chalk that up to my own stupidity. Chadwick is a lovely shade and I do use it often but wouldn’t pay what I paid for it again. At 65 I am finally learning some restraint, LOL!
Better late than never 😉
Dazed is beautiful. I have a very similar red Guerlain # 91. Mine is not quite as shiny though.
This looks incredible! I’m totally in love with it. I’ll have to check out the Ciate dupe.
