Proceed is a soft, pale yellow with warm undertones and a matte finish. The pigmentation was opaque in a single layer, while the eyeshadow had a smooth, velvety texture that blendable and easy to work with. There was a touch of powderiness in the pan, but it applied evenly and didn't sheer out too quickly. It lasted well for eight hours before showing signs of fading on me.
