MAC Lunar Metal Extra Dimension Foil Eye Shadow ($21.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a muted, blackened teal with cool undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The dry application yielded good color payoff but had to be built up for full opacity with a soft, blendable consistency and just a touch of fallout. The wet application resulted in opaque pigmentation in a single layer that adhered more smoothly and didn't have any noticeable fallout. The texture was smooth, not at all powdery (a little "dry" in a way but not in a meaningful or negative way), and was easy to work with. It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably, and there was a minimal amount of fallout over time.
