The Anastasia Sultry Eyeshadow Palette ($45.00) is on sale for $27 (40% off!) for a limited time at retailers like Sephora, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Ulta.  The Dream Glow Kit (regularly $45, now $27) is also on sale at Sephora, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Ulta.  Not every retailer gave an end date, but the end date at Sephora and Macy’s is 2/24, so it’s likely they all end on 2/24.

I already have the Sultry palette, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in it. It’s a really great palette. I am extremely tempted by the Dream palette. I don’t need anymore highlighters, but these are gorgeous and I believe Norvina said she specifically created them to look great on darker skin.

Well… I wasn’t going to leave the warm, dry comfort of my home today, but I may just do exactly that! I’ve been trying to figure out which one of the cooler neutral palettes I was going to go for: UD Naked Reloaded, MAC’s new artist nude palette (sorry, I forgot the name already!) or ABH Sultry. I do believe that Sultry gives me better variety of ways to use it. Originally, I thought it to be too close to UD Naked 2. I’ve changed my mind a bit about that.

I’ve been waffling about buying this since last night when I found out about the sale, because it really doesn’t speak to me, but so many people have said how much they ended up liking and using it I’m very tempted. I certainly don’t need another eyeshadow palette, especially one that doesn’t excite me by looking at it, and some of the shades in it are fairly similar. What to do……..

Is it too close to Naked2? I have that one. I love my Modern Renaissance and have been wanting Soft Glam, but this one doesn’t speak to me as much. I see how everyone loves it though…

Thank you, Christine! Darker! I didn’t realize that. I already have it in my cart at Nordstrom and was picking my free samples, but maybe I should hold off. I like lighter shimmer non-silver lid colors, so I thought maybe this one has a few of those, but maybe not. (Modern Renaissance only has the two.)

I think I’ll sleep on it…. Thanks again!

I have Sultry and Soft Glam and as I prefer warmer colors I reach for Soft Glam more and recommend SG to anyone who will listen-it’s GORGEOUS. Sultry is beautiful too and I adore the shimmer colors and it’s a great palette as well. Just feel like Soft Glam is more ‘me’ and easier to slap on for work.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this today at Sephora, marked down to $35 CDN. I was sort of kicking myself for buying it before they even had it on display but I can get crazy like that about something new and possibly LE. Now I’m telling myself that I’ve had the enjoyment of it for 5 months so it’s worth it in that sense. But I wonder why they’ve marked it down….could it be that it’s not selling all that well???

Miki, enter your email on Sephora CA website to be notified, as it can be restocked. I had the same issue with the Cover FX Custom Cover Drops which are on sale right now (50% off); almost all shades went out of stock in minutes, but then this evening they restocked most of the shades and I was notified. I could buy the shade I wanted before being out of stock again.

I just finished saying that I don’t buy backups of color cosmetics but I am sorely tempted to buy another one of these. Cool toned pallets have been few and far between and I don’t see the tide turning even after a few good ones were released (Milani’s Soft & Sultry, Colourpop Fame.) I feel like I’ve been rationing myself from using my Sultry palette as soon as I started noticing some major dips in some of the shades. Yep, I just talked myself into getting a backup!

Conspiracy theory: ABH saw the (striking) similarities between Sultry and UD’s Naked Reloaded and wanted to siphon some of the sales so they temporarily lowered the price for those who were wavering between the two. Brilliant strategy, if true!

Agreed. I kept saying I’d never buy Sultry because of that ugly pink shade, but guess who placed an order to Sephora last night?

I hate the new Naked palette. I can’t be the only one sick of orangey browns and pinks.

Karen Johnston Avatar

I thought that shade was one I’d never use too but it does great things when applied *very lightly* along the top outer transition-just below the brow bone. I think it sets off the coolness of the overall shades. (This from a person who never wears oranges or reds!)

Oh boy I am tempted to purchase this palette now. I did swatch it in Nordstrom’s over Christmas but thought it was too frosty & shimmery. I couldn’t justify the full price. But now…I may pick it up on sale. – my first Anastasia palette!
It it a pretty palette with nothing very unique about it but has a few stand out shades.
