MAC Cocktail Coral Lip Gloss Set
A Set of Warm-Toned Glosses for the Holidays
MAC Cocktail Coral Lip Gloss Set ($32.50) includes four shades: On the Scene (peach with pink and white pearl), Sublime Shine (clean yellow pink with red pearl), Geo Pink (no description), and Out for Glamour (clean yellow pink with red pearl).
Each Dazzleglass contains 0.09 oz., while each Dazzleglass Creme/Cremesheen Glass contains 0.07 oz. Of all MAC’s holiday products, their lipgloss sets are one of the best in terms of value. The Dazzleglasses in the kits are larger (in quantity) than the full-sized versions. In this set, there is $29.25 worth of Dazzleglass, $34.13 worth of Cremesheen Glass, and $15.17 worth of Dazzleglass Creme, which is a total of $78.55 in lipgloss.
On the Scene is a soft, warm, light peach with a hint of pink with semi-opaque color coverage. There is some settling into lip lines, and this shade is a repromote. This shade wore for just over an hour on me. MAC Illicit is darker. MAC Peachstock is a touch darker. NARS Odalisque is similar.
Sublime Shine is a muted tangerine orange with orange and gold sparkle. It has semi-sheer color payoff. This is also a repromote, and it lasted for two hours on me. MAC Pure Flattery is lighter. MAC Celestial Kiss is also lighter. Revlon Sunset Peach is darker.
Geo Pink is a rose-tinged orange with gold and white micro-shimmer. This is also a repromote. The color coverage is semi-opaque, and this shade wore for three hours. Chanel Calypso is more orange. MAC So Bad is similar but more vibrant.
Out for Glamour is a light-medium pink with yellow undertones and pink and silver sparkle. It is sheer with mostly sparkle, and it lasted for two and a half hours on me. MAC Sweet Bean has more shimmer/sparkle. MAC Asian Butterfly has more color. Bobbi Brown Pastel is a touch lighter.
All four glosses are vanilla-scented, but the Dazzleglasses have a brush-type applicator, while the Cremesheen Glasses have a doe-foot applicator. Cremesheen is a lighter-weight, non-sticky formula, while Dazzleglasses are thicker and have a tacky texture. Dazzleglasses tend to wear longer on me as compared to Cremesheen Glasses, which is a formula that is lucky to last two hours on me (I normally get three to four with glosses!)

When I looked at the first picture, I was blown away with how great your skin looks. You look like you are glowing. The lip glosses are very flattering on you. I’ll pass for myself though.
Pretty pretty. Too bad about the wear, but I don’t really expect lip gloss to last for hours anyway, really. I really don’t mind reapplying.

A collection of glosses while looking pretty packaged together, do not give much variety or difference on the lips.

I just purchased this and cannot wait for it to come. MAC had free gift wrapping, so I made sure to press on that, so I know I will be getting a present in the mail lol. Plus I wanted to see what they do for gift wrapping 😀

Is Geo Pink similar to Lychee Luxe?
Lychee Luxe is lighter, more coral.
Out of the three collections, I love this box the most. I wear NC50 and ‘Out for glamour’ looks awesome on top of Mac Show Orchid or Bombshell lipstick!
i am so excited to get my hands on this collection. even though its coral lip set, the colors are still so understated and so light, that they aren’t overpowering. especially since i always stick to a nude lip. these will give me color with out being too much.
