MAC Humour Me Mineralize Blush ($29.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a dirty, plummy brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. It had medium, buildable coverage–very true to the brand’s description–that applied easily to bare skin as each layer went on evenly and blended well along the edges. The consistency was smooth to the touch with a smidgen of dustiness in the pan with a thinner texture overall, so I was particularly impressed with how easy it was to use (usually thin, matte powders go on unevenly). This shade wore well for eight hours on me.

Formula Overview

The formula is supposed to "build lightly" and "glide onto skin" for "luminous color." Most shades in the range have more medium to semi-opaque coverage, which tends to be buildable to opaque coverage, but most shades are not truly sheer in coverage. The texture used to be drier but has become smoother and more finely-milled over the years. The finish is typically luminous but can be metallic or almost matte depending on the particular shade. They wear between six and eight hours on me.

Ohhh Christine!! Completely agree! I bought most of these when Ulta had their 20% off and Macy’s Sale ! I think this one is the best of all! I am NC-15 and I am wearing this as a bronzer. Well, lol, this is what it kind of looks like on me.
I know Dominic_Mua said he likes these shades as contour on fair skin but I am not wearing them that way. If anyone here needs reference.

I like this, I’ll have to get it for the summer time. I’m glad it wears well on bare skin too b/c I like to keep it really simple during the hotter months.

While this looks fabulous on you, and probably most lighter folks, this may look like I’ve got dirt smudged on my cheeks due to the olive undertones in my skin. Conversely, it could also potentially be an HG rosey-bronze blush. This is one I’d need to try before I’d buy.

Love this colour! The brown undertones make this perfect for me. I typically like to use more subtle blush shades or those that blend seamlessly into my bronzer. I haven’t tried Mac blushes before but may buy this one! Your review is certainly tempting me!
