Round-up: Make Up For Ever Artist Color Shadows Swatches
Make Up For Ever Artist Color Shadow ($17.00 for 0.08 oz.) is a new (and permanent), powder eyeshadow formula available in 121 shades. The formula is spread across five finishes, which is how I’ve organized swatches (you’ll find a recap of swatches below, in case you missed one of the posts!). I’ve been working my way through the range and have made good progress, so I expect to start posting reviews soon.
They can be purchased individually for $17.00 each, or they can be purchased in multiples with a coordinating palette at a discounted price: 2 for $39, 3 for $39, 4 for $49, or 6 for $59. There are also three Metal Pro Palettes for those who want to store even more eyeshadows per palette (Medium, $18; Large, $20; and Extra Large, $30).
Can you comment on the comparison between the old formula and new(er) formula? I have heard mixed reviews. Also would love recommendations for combos/trios/quads….
As I mentioned in the post, I am hoping to post reviews soon! š
Thanks in advance. (I promise I read the post… just eager to hear.)
I guess it should come as no surprise at all but your looks redeem these some pretty dismal and disappointing eyeshadows.
Exactly. I have to remind myself that skill trumps dreck in virtually all cases. Cās visual/design mind and her app skill can make huge disappointments look magnificent.
I love that Smokey Olive Green eye look Christine.
Thank you so much for the round up of these shades.
