Tom Ford Beauty Exotica Lip Color ($54.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a medium-dark, raspberry pink with cooler undertones and a soft sheen. It had good color coverage in a single layer, which was buildable to full coverage. The lipstick was lightly creamy with some slip, but it didn’t feel thick or heavy, and it did not slide around while worn. It wore well for five hours, left a subtle stain behind, and was moisturizing while worn.

The lipstick felt thinner with moderate slip, but it seemed to get a bit tacky as I applied it, so it adhered better than I would have expected. It was easy to apply, as it did not tug, and it applied evenly. It had good pigmentation, though it wasn’t opaque, that stayed on well for five hours and was hydrating.

Exotica is in that range of colors that actually looks really, really good on me, but that I rarely wear.
Whereas yesterday’s trio of TF Lipsticks underwhelmed me, BOTH of these just blew me away! Especially Exotica. What an absolutely perfect berry lipstick to give ones face a cheery look!
Oh my, Exotica is really beautiful. Every time I try to break out of my berry, fuchsia, plum rut I find another beautiful berry lip, Tom Ford lips are for the most part so comfortable to wear and usually make my lips look better than they are so although expensive they are worth it. I have to pace myself though, LOL.
Both shades are beautiful and I love how Illuminating they are.
Both of these are so awesome! I kinda want them both. That’s the problem with TF, he constantly makes things I want. Deeply.
