MAC Pinch O Peach blush and Physicians Formula Butter Blush in Natural Glow. MAC Prism or Bobbi Brown desert rose blush
In rotation this week:
I fell in love with NARS Thessalonique this week. It is so soft and pretty on its own and I did a second look with the dark, more Matte grey from NARS Quai Des Brumes in crease and outer V and MAC’s All’s Rosy for transition. Lorac’s Aura blush is a perfect compliment to these shadows.
Also in rotation was Anastasia’s Modern Renaissance. I followed a YouTube tutorial for the look and you can see it here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UeHKXwo4SkQ&sns=em I didn’t have the glitter so I used Colourpop Glitteratti on the lid. Such a beautiful look, I really should wear it every week!
You can see a pic of me wearing the look here. https://instagram.com/p/BQqmfprBY7J
On Friday I just wanted to glow so I used Guerlain’s bb for my foundation (super glowy), set with LANCOME Absolue face powder (a hint of glow), pushed a touch of UD’s Easy Baked (soft gold) onto my lids, literally just barely touched my lashes with my Definicils mascara, warmed my cheeks with a hint of coral cream blush, and let Guerlain’s Le Rouge in Magnolia Organza topped with a touch of sparkling pink lipgloss be the star of the show. Caught my eye: Those Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadows are calling my name!
What’s been in my rotation this week? I have to LoL, because I’ve only done a full face last Sunday, and then again on Thursday. Only wore a new product last Sunday; KVD Sanctuary. It photographed much better than it looked in person, though. Made me very sad, because it was the very 1st dry-down matte liquid lipstick that did NOT kill my lips! But now I have Hawkwind in its place, which also seems to be fine with my lips.
What caught my eye? MAC Betty Boop! Because my Mom’s actual name was Betty, and her nickname was Betty Boop. ? To get? Well, I do have Como La Flor, Maria Moretti and Russian Red, so Idk? ?
Betty Boop Red and the lovely Goody Two Shoes were my favourites. Great shades that go together very well.
Completely missed the question: In my rotation this week has been the Clarins Joli Rouge Red Terra lipstick – a really good lipstick because the red doesn’t turn pink on me (not like Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door) and I am rotating to use my Stila In the Garden palette.
Most used things is week are:
Anastasia Modern renaissance palette! Iv used it and only it for my eye looks since I got it Monday! ๐
Also BITE Beetroot, I got it for my birthday last Saturday and iv worn it 4 times already!
Whatโs been in your rotation the most this week? My Urban Decay Singles, as I’ve been neglecting them. Becca Radiant Skin Satin Finish Foundation: It’s almost used up. I love it, but I think Becca discontinued it. Milani Rose Powder Blush in Coral Cove and Medusa’s Make-up Blush in Dangerous Liaison. Medusa’s Make-up Lash Witch Mascara. (I got it in their sub box. It looks pretty good on my lashes, and I’m not allergic to it, but it’s not spectacular. It’s a very wet formula, and prone to easily smearing until it dries, or if it gets even a little wet. I don’t think I’d buy it.)
What caught your eye? The Becca Prismatic Amethyst Highlighter, but I resisted and bought Nyx Lavender Steel instead. I also own ColourPop Hippo, which is really close. Some of the new ColourPop pressed singles have caught my eye, including Goody Two Shoes.
