Coloured Raine Majestic Eyeshadow ($6.99 for 0.064 oz.) is a brighter, medium blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. The color payoff was nearly opaque, and it was buildable to full coverage by patting on a little more. I found it easiest to work with by building up the color or using a flat brush to pat on the product, and then use a clean, fluffy brush to diffuse the edges as it wasn't the easiest eyeshadow to blend out otherwise. I noticed fading after eight and a half hours of wear.
