I tried Shanghai Spice a couple of weeks ago and it was this pretty pink no-lipstick-lipstick on me! Perfect for work in my opinion. Haven’t bought it yet though! I love Hot Tahiti too! Need to take a closer look in store!
The majority of these are my running list of MAC lipsticks don’ts It’s interesting because these were all purchased around the same era and I really had no freaking clue about my undertones.
I am going to have to swatch Spirit – somehow I missed that one and it looks right in line with my color choices.
Hot Tahiti looks like a must try for me next time I’m at the counter!
I love brown red lipsticks, so of course, I zero in on Fetish and Paramount, but probably have enough dupes. But eyeing Saigon Summer and Photo – they look like brown oranges I can pull off without looking sick.
Again, I’m shocked that I only own 2 of these shades! Pure Zen and Spirit. Although I did also own Sushi Kiss for about 2 -3 weeks…desperately tried to make it work for me, but it looked utterly different outside of the store and mall where I bought it. Unworkable with my olive skin. It made me look GREEN!!!
Spirit looks like a gorgeous shade. Choosing lipsticks at MAC is so hard!
Omg I love Spirit!!! I need it. I already have Fetish and initially passed on Chintz and Gel but I think I want those too.
I have “only” 8 of These shades. I had more but they did not Look Good on me. I like Brown/nude shades but it is difficult to find the right shade for me. Today I am wearing honeylove which Looks soooo good on you Christine but On me it Looks totally Different and I will have to give it away.
Love the peachy shades that spell summer to me, especially Sushi Kiss.

I have been wanting Hot Tahiti for awhile now, this isn’t helping!
I have Sushi Kiss. Always thought it was a very interesting shade.
Hot Tahiti and Gel are my faves. I wish I could pull off something like Sushi Kiss but I know it’s too warm!
