Urban Decay Bobby Dazzle Vice Lipstick ($17.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a "white iridescent pearl [with a Metallized finish]." It's a neutral-to-warm leaning white shimmer. There's not much color to it, and I imagine it would be better as a layering shade than on its own, though the lack of base color makes it wearable on its own. The consistency had some slip, was on the thinner side, and wasn't drying when worn, though I had some of the milkiness seem to settle into lip lines. The shimmer wasn't too noticeable on the lips and didn't seem to migrate. It lasted for two hours on me. I think this shade would be better labeled as a Sheer Shimmer.
