I’m not really into trolls, but some interesting colors in this collection, and MAC didn’t skimp on the packaging either, so kind of curious

I had an intense fear of trolls as a child, so the products are going to have to be pretty incredible to convince me to buy something!

This comment might sound a little gross but I just HAVE to get the “Bubble Butt” lip glass because that is what my 6 y/o daughter calls it when she… well… use your imagination. And I think it’s cute! Also, as an 80’s child I was into trolls so I find the collection cute and different.

Haha, totally unexpected and unconventional idea for a collection, I like that 🙂 I guess you have to be over 30 to remember the troll craze, or did they stay around very long in the US? I visited the East Coast of the US from France in the early 90s and that’s when I discovered the trolls, I even brought one home with me.

oh my GAWDDD!!! this might be the fun collection i’ve been hoping for. the last one i was excited about was Rocky Horror. i want fun collections. I was young and not interested in makeup back in the day when they did Hello Kitty, Barbie, Heatherette…I’ve been wanting a blue lipstick and just waiting for the right moment to get one from Mac. I definitely prefer collecting LE cute packaging products over the regular permanents.

Well I can’t say I’m surprised (since MAC does collections with a lot of foreign fashion related people), but this looks like quite the collection.

OMG, I like it! Lately I’ve been feeling like MAC has been doing a ton of LE collections that all kind of feel the same. If they’re going to do a LE collection, I’m glad it’ll be something different from what they’ve been doing a lot of lately (higher end designers, more sophisticated stuff – not that that’s bad!).

I’m ridiculously excited for this collection! i love trolls and i love the packaging. The colors are not really for me though so i’ll have to find the closest thing to something i’d normally wear lol. I can’t wait for the swatches Christine 🙂

This is probably the most disappointed I’ve been for a MAC (summer) collection. Maybe it’s because I never liked troll dolls as a kid, but the packaging doesn’t appeal to me, and the products seem a bit meh. I LOVED Temperature Rising (2013) and Alluring Aquatics (2014), and I hope their forthcoming summer collections will be in the same vein (because summer/holiday are my most anticipated MAC releases). I’ll wait for reviews, but this collection might be saving me money.

These names are super cute, Bubble Butt, Twerkquoise, Glo Rida (Iridescent beige beauty powder? I’m so there!). This is one of the reasons I love MAC, they’re not afraid of putting out unique collections (hello kitty, Archie, Barbie etc.) even if the colors aren’t all that unique anymore (it’s not like it’s easy to put out truly unique colors with the amount of makeup out there nowadays). I love how they dovetail pop culture, art and makeup. I can see how this collection might not be for everyone, but it’s absolutely adorable especially for those of us who remember troll dolls.

This theme looks like something I would find in the kiddie makeup at Target, or more likely at Five Below. If it was from one of those places I would try it, but I’m not paying MAC prices for this.

Kathrina Avatar

I had only one of these trolls, which was a gift from a friend. I never quite understood why anyone would like to collect them. 😀 I’m looking forward to seeing the swatches, though.

What about the brush/brushes that you can see slightly in the main Mac Good Luck Trolls as pic? Does anyone know what brushes will be offered?
