Whoopee Party

Whoopee Party is a medium-dark, cobalt blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had seemingly good pigmentation, but it was incredibly soft and powdery, which resulted in the color getting everywhere and little of it applying evenly. Even over a tacky, white base it proved to be troublesome, as the color tended to apply more heavily to some areas and less to others, resulting in some unevenness. It lasted for seven hours for me.
