Urban Decay’s describes their powder blush formula as having “buildable color” with a “blendable, finely milled” texture that will wear for “eight long hours.” It had semi-sheer coverage that was buidlable to medium coverage, but it was one of the less buildable blushes I’ve come across in the Afterglow range. The texture seemed a little thinner and dustier than past shades as well, so to me it isn’t the best of the Afterglow formula (which is usually quite lovely!). It blended out well, at least, and it did still wear the full eight hours as promised.

Less buildable and not one of the best? Sounds like it didn’t….Satisfy! Sorry, I couldn’t resist 😉
Ha, ha!
I’m so glad I waited for your review and didn’t rush to buy this! I don’t generally care for matte blush. I like at least a satin to sheen. I was hoping this would be more true to pan and similar to the others in the range as far as formula. I gotta pass now ! I have to thank you Christine for the wonderful job you do! But, now I have found Nars Gina on the dupe list. I think I’m going to need to check that out to fulfill my need for a peach satin blush. It looks perfect! :)Thank you!
No problem, Nicole! It is more matte than the others in the line for sure. Happy I could help as always 🙂
This looks very pretty on you, Christine!
Aw, thanks, Fran!
Really lovely!
The color is nice!
The formula for Satisfy doesn’t look as good as the other Afterglow blushes, the swatch looks kind of dry and clumpy, then sheers out too much. Hmmm, kind of un-Satisfied with this one
It’s definitely less impressive to me compared to most of the shades in the range!
It looks lovely on you, Christine! Peach blush definitely suits you.
Thank you, Christina!
its reminds me of my all time favorite MAC Sheertone in Peaches. But, Peaches is less bright, more yellow-based and it also looks sooo natural on my pale skin.
*omg i need to get a life, lol*
Peaches is a cult favorite!
I commented earlier that Innocent is my favorite Afterglow blush, and well, I guess it’s no surprise then that this one is right up my alley too 🙂 It’s just a pity that you think the formula of this particular shade isn’t as good as that of the other Afterglow blushes.
I hear ya! I wish it was a little nicer!
I love this color. It looks better on your face than it swatches.
Thank you, Rachel! It is more forgiving on, I think!
Even though it’s not UD’s best Afterglow Blush, it actually looks quite appealing, as orange-y peachy shades can sometimes benefit from a sheerer, less opaque formula in order to look less crazy bright. However, this one may just be too light for my medium olive complexion. I’m hoping that come Tuesday, MAC still has Spring Flock blush available.
I can see this being popular with lighter skin tones who like sheerer coverage. I’m not sold on it for darker skin tones, but maybe someone can convince me 🙂
Isn’t Mac’s Spring Flock even lighter than this?
Spring Flock is brighter and pinker, so it is more contrasting against the skin, whereas orange/peaches/browns can get more flesh-toned and get hidden on skin. The sheerer coverage of Satisfy makes it harder to get true-to-pan color vs. Spring Flock!

Nancy, if Spring Flock’s not available at MAC and you’re still looking for it, both Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s still have it (online). Nordstrom is free shipping and Bloomingdale’s is free shipping if you sign up for their free Loyalist’s rewards program.
Michelle, thank you so much for that info! Because that’s about as light of a peach that I could pull off, I don’t think UD Satisfy would show well, if at all.
I like the soft matte finish. Much more forgiving than full matte blush. I think this would be great paired with shine on lips and eyes!
That is a good point, Erin! 🙂
What a lovely shade!
It is a nice color!
It’s quite orangey – too much for me.
I can see what you mean, Genevieve!
That is such a pretty peach.
It is!
Seems like this might be a difficult color to smoke. All the dupes have lower grades. The color is very pretty.
Good eye, Susan!
If only the formula had panned out better, because this peach is a nice shade!
I agree!
I’m not sure if this one would look good on me, but I do like how it looks blended out on you.
