ColourPop Rhinestone Super Shock Shadow ($5.00 for 0.07 oz.) is described as a "deep blue green." It's a muted, blackened bluish-teal with a pearly shimmer. It had semi-opaque coverage, and it was somewhat buildable, but it had a little more slip to the consistency that made it harder to really layer for opaque coverage. The texture was smooth and blendable, and it still lasted a long time (ten hours).
