MAC’s Mineralize Blush formula is supposed to be a “blush that builds lightly” that has a lightweight feel and “luminous colour.” Love Thing had semi-opaque, buildable color coverage that produced a luminous sheen when buffed and blended on the skin. I think this particular shade showcases the Mineralize Blush formula well, as you can achieve softer, sheerer color without much trouble, but you can just as easily build-up for true-to-pan intensity with two to three layers, which makes it something that many skin tones can wear. The texture was lightweight, smooth without being powdery, and it blended well on the skin. On me, the color lasted for seven and a half hours.

Wow, I normally don’t go for red blushes, but the shimmer and sheen on this one makes it so wearable-looking. MAC has so many gems in its permanent collection, no need to rush out and buy the LE stuff

Oh man, MAC is slaying me lately! I had never even bothered checking out their Mineralize Blushes before, and now that I’ve seen how they look so luminous and that they have buildable coverage, I now have to get me some of these! This one has that “just came in from the cold and wind” natural look to it. Bright, but a color that is naturally occurring.

IKR? These I just always failed to even check out, and now after seeing how lovely they look, I feel like a total doltz for ignoring them because I assumed they were too shiny. But they’re just right!

Holy Moly, that’s gorgeous!

I think this is the first time I’ve been seriously tempted to spend that kind of money on a MAC blush. Dang it :/

Oy..MAC again with the blush range which I love~ Have lots of dupes for this one..love me a berry or rose blush.. probably because they look closest to my natural flush and therefore do not appear to be blush sitting on top of the skin. I hate that look. I have the TF dupe which I think is one of those super universally flattering colours..great on a big range of skintones…not just flattering for a few.

Good thing this is permanent…I’m so tempted. I do have TF Pink Glow so I’m okay for now. 😀 I’m always afraid that the Mineralize line is too sparkly but this is lovely. Glowy sheen but not sparkly!

Christine: Hi. I have a question about which blush brush to use for application of Mac mineralize blush. I tried Mac#116. I have Mac #187sh, but I haven’t tried it with the mineralize blush yet. Any suggestions?
