The Parisienne #7 is described as a "matte burgundy with iridescent glitter." It's a cool-toned, burgundy with a matte finish and pink micro-glitter on top. The glitter doesn't stick to the skin or bind with the eyeshadow, so you'd need a slightly tacky base to get the glittery effect to be visible. The color is actually more pigmented than it seems, as it is a little powdery and tends to dust away, but a little goes a long way--so take care if you wear over primer.
