Spoonful of Sugar is described as a "sparkling platinum [with a Veluxe Pearl finish]." It's a light silver with subtle warmth and a frosted finish. It had semi-opaque color payoff, and the texture was mostly smooth, but it didn't have the same buttery, creamy feel of other Veluxe Pearls. It wore well for seven hours on me. theBalm #31 (P, $6.50) is lighter. L'Oreal Silver Sky (757) (P, $7.99) is darker. MAC A Waft of Grey #2 (P, $21.00) is cooler-toned. MAC A Party of Pastels #1 (P, $21.00) is lighter, cooler-toned. MAC Platinum Love (LE, $19.50) is lighter, brighter. MAC Silver Screen (LE, $21.00) is cooler-toned. Chanel Infini (P, $28.50) is a touch darker. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
