MAC Delphic Extra Dimension Bronzer
MAC Delphic Extra Dimension Bronzer ($33.00 for 0.31 oz.) is described as a “soft brick tan with a touch of shimmer.” It’s a medium, orange-brown with strong, warm undertones and a golden shimmer. Guerlain Bronzer (LE, $69.00) is more matte. Urban Decay Bronzer (P) is less yellow. Guerlain Moyen Brunettes (05) (LE, $75.00) is darker, more matte. MAC Hibiscus Kiss Bronzer (LE, $25.00) is slightly darker. Urban Decay Naked Flushed Bronzer (P) is similar. Dior Coral Glow Bronzer (LE) is lighter. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
As mentioned in the review for Aphrodite’s Shell, the formula is supposed to wear for ten hours and have a luminous finish. The texture of this shade was softer and easier to work with; it was soft, somewhat silky, and blendable on the skin. It had better color payoff, though it was still a sheerer product that could be built up for about semi-opaque coverage in three to four layers. The shimmer in this shade was more pronounced, but it didn’t emphasize pores or the skin’s natural texture when I wore it. It only wore for eight hours, which is about average for most face powders, but it is short of the ten-hour wear time claimed.

This is the one product I worried that I might regret not getting. I definitely made the right decision skipping, it’s way too orange for me.

I haven’t been much of a bronzer girl, but that looks pretty nice..
I wish it wasn’t quite so orange/yellow, though – I feel like a lot of the best bronzers are ones that have warmth that’s not over-the-top!
I can’t say that I care for either of these bronzers. The heavy yellow and orange undertones …scary face
They’re just too extreme!
Skipping these…i’m good with my Sun Dipped Pro longwear bronzer… also I know it doesnt matter regarding product performance, but i’m not a fan of the design embossed on the extra dimension products.It looks tacky imo

I don’t understand these yellow/orange bronzers. Do they look good on anyone? I’m pretty yellow undertone wise and can’t wear most of them. I did order this but didn’t get it yet. Return?
I’m actually eyeing the lip glosses. The one thing I don’t have a million of and the lipsticks in this collection underwhelmed me. Any thoughts? Totally okay if not…it isn’t like you’re busy getting tons of reviews up so we all know what to buy….
I like the lipglosses, but I don’t love MAC Lipglass. If you like shimmer, they’re worth a look!

Thank you for all the info. I ordered this one and began second guessing that I chose the wrong one from what I’ve seen on youtube. But I’m pretty fair with a little yellow undertone so hope it works. Don’t know how so many people got theirs already when they just went online Thursday! Guess I’ll have to see it in person when it arrives. I checked out your review on those other bronzers because I ordered Golden I think it’s called. I’ve never ordered extra dimension line before. As everyone, love the packaging.

Christine, is this the first time MAC has done Extra Dimension bronzers? Do you prefer the Pro Longwear or Extra Dimension?
I can’t remember offhand! I prefer the Pro Longwear. I’m not a huge fan of Extra Dimension face products.
