Diamond Blue is a medium blackened blue with medium-dark blue micro-sparkle. The texture of this one was drier, somewhat stiff, and the resulting color payoff showed that--as it was semi-opaque but noticeably more muted/softer than as it appeared in the pan. Applied, it looks mostly black (as this type of finish often loses its shimmer when applied!). Too Faced Starry Night (LE) is darker. Kat Von D Oddfellow (LE) is also darker.
