Sephora Surfer Babe is a slightly cool-toned, medium-dark blue with a pearl finish. It is a discontinued eyeliner that retails for $10.00 and contains 0.04 oz.

Editor's Review

Sephora Surfer Babe Contour Eye Pencil ($10.00 for 0.04 oz.) is described as a "peacock blue." It's a brightened, yet more like a medium-dark, blue with a pearly shimmer-sheen finish that leans slightly teal (or "warm"). It is a gorgeous shade with excellent performance: rich color in a single pass that can be layered without fuss, and it lasted for ten hours. The real question is why I didn't buy this earlier! MAC Take the Plunge (P, $16.00) is slightly warmer. bareMinerals True Blue (LE) is lighter. Gucci Beauty Iconic Ottanio (P, $32.00) is similar. MAC Deep Blue Sea (LE, $16.00) is darker. Urban Decay Abyss (P, $19.00) is lighter. MAC Mountain Air (P, $20.00) is less shimmery. See comparison swatches / view dupes.

Sephora describes this as "peacock blue" which is a pretty good descriptions for this beautiful blue green liner with a glittery look. I got this instead of the MUFE limited edition liner that came out in Summer 2013 because the price was so much better and the product was every bit as good and the colour irresistible. Not recommended for the waterline because of the glitter), nevertheless, this is SUCH a beautiful deep teal and slightly blackened blue.
