Rocky Nail Lacquer ($8.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a "full-coverage, serene blue cream." It's a cool-toned, muted, light-medium blue with a cream finish. It's a muted take on sky blue. It was fully opaque in two coats. The consistency was slightly thick but not so thick that it pooled along the edges. I had some minor streaking with this shade as well, unfortunately. OCC Pool Boy is cooler. NARS Koliary is darker. Illamasqua Noble is darker, brighter. Rescue Beauty Lounge Faraway is darker, brighter, more shimmery.
