5 Shades of Peach for Spring

Peach is often like the lighter, softer version of coral, as you can find pink-leaning peach shades or more orange-leaning peach shades, so there is usually a shade that will work for someone! There are even more peachy-beige kind of shades that are more neutral. I love peach on the eyes, whether as an eyeliner or on the center or inner lid. The center of lid is great to really brighten, especially if you use darker, more contrasting shades on the inner/outer areas of the lid. The inner tear duct is a nice place for a pop of more shimmery peach that I find helps to open up eyes.

  1. Bite Beauty Leche — a satin-finished, medium peach lip color
  2. Kevyn Aucoin Starlight — a peach with champagne shimmer and warm undertones that works as a highlighter or subtle blush
  3. L’Oreal Highlighter (230) — brighten eyes with this peachy-pink eyeliner
  4. Make Up For Ever #I524 Pinky Beige — a light-medium peach with a pearly sheen to brighten eyes
  5. YSL Tender Peach (26) — a glossy, pink-tinted peach lipstick

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! The L’Oreal Silkissime highlighter eyeliner is such an amazing product! Probably one of the smoothest and softest eyeliners available in the drugstore!

I really like Nars Isola Bella, but I don’t think I can pull of anything lighter – are there any similar or darker peach lip products you’d recommend? I do love my peachy lip products.

Thanks! I like the look of Posh Tone, especially since I passed on freckletone due to my dislike of the lustre formula – haven’t tried a mineralize lipstick yet!

I can really only wear peach on my eyes. It tends to wash me out terribly on the lips. Shame because the color is quite pretty, just not cool tone friendly.

I’ve actually never tried peach blush, but I do think it would be more forgiving than on the lips. I keep meaning to try NARS Sex Appeal, but then I get distracted by everything else on my wish list. :p

Ooh – I want the Kevyn Aucoin and the L’Oreal! 😀 My favourite peaches at the moment are the Clinique Peach Pop blush, and for the lips it’s a tie between the double-sided Dior holiday lipstick I got for Christmas (<3 you, Mum!) and the little sample of a Stila lip vinyl I got in the Give Me More Lip box…
