5 Shades of Lavender for Spring

It’s awesome to see that in 2015, finding the right shade of lavender is easier than ever, whether you prefer it on your lips, nails, cheeks, or eyes. Here are a few of my favorites for spring!

  1. ColourPop Brills — a pinky-lavender lipstick with a satin finish
  2. Makeup Geek Secret Admirer — a pop of pinky-lavender for cheeks
  3. MAC Full of Joy — a pale lavender purple with a satin finish for cheeks
  4. Essie Warm & Toasty Turtleneck — a muted lavender with a hint of pink with a cream finish for nails
  5. Make Up For Ever I918 Lavender — a cool-toned, pop of lavender purple for eyes

Love lavender everything, so pretty! For sure my favourite of the purple family, but I also love all the purples too! Thank you for this post, the nail polish and make up forever eyeshadow look beautiful, and I may need to look them up! I already have Brills lipstick, and am looking forward to someday soon trying out makeupgeek’s blushes!

Essie Warm and Toasty Turtleneck looks really pretty! I usually stay away from pastels as they don’t tend to work on my olive skin. But just maybe this could work.

How, funny, I’m wearing these kind of shades today. I guess I have spring fever.

All of these are beautiful choices. I need the MUG blush; I love that color.

I have MUFE lavender. So pretty with greenish eyes like mine.

Full of joy has always been a favorite of mine. I LOVE anything purple, especially the lavender shades. Christine, I actually have a question for you. Do you know of a dupe for Mac Dirty Plum blush? I am desperately seeking one out! Thanks 🙂

I love purple tones..yeah..does this mean spring is actually coming even though its like sub zero grey bluck..ugh. I’m moving! Seriously, that Essie color may actually motivate me to paint my nails or toes or both..even better, get them done . Brills..in a box (supposed to be anyway) on my chair as we speak!

I know..fashion too it seems…,bikinis at the mall and it’s -10 with the wind chill here..awful! Stay in Cali ..don’t ever leave the west coast for any permanent reason….just my advice. I kinda appreciate the heads up in beauty and fashion. It gives me time to prepare. In a fashion mind ..it says, get your butt back in gear and quit eating junk. Beauty..it let’s me dream, plan my purchases, and prepare financially. Bday is in February. So, that helps.
