I like revlon lip butter in sweet tart and candy apple. Essence long lasting lipstick in blush on rouge is also very bright and chockinly inexpressive!

I am a fan of Revlon’s lipsticks, balms, stains – everything! One of my favorites is Lover’s Coral, which is from the Superlustrous Shine line, I believe. I have yet to try Maybelline ones, though. Shocking Coral and Fuschia Flash look perfect for the summer.

I love your list! I don’t own any budget friendly lipsticks, but I’ll have to check them out. I love Revlon Colorburst lip glosses though!

Revlon stormy pink which is matte and bright without looking scary/clownish on me (I’m NC42 and have slightly larger lips.. bright colors tend to look overdone on me). Also any of the NYX soft matte lip creams. I have a couple of bright colors from that line and they are amazing!

Great selection. We are still waiting for the Revlon matte and lacquer balms in Australia. They have the spaces for them in the displays but no stock. I can’t wait to buy the two on your list.

LOVE THIS POST! 😀 Bright lipstick is just the thing when you have a cold in the middle of a cyclone…

Wild Watermelon is awesome. I might go put some on right now, actually…

If I could go outside, I might go check and see if Revlon has gotten around to releasing those matte/lacquer blams yet… *twitch*

I recently got Shocking Coral from Maybelline and I love the formula. It was a lot brighter on me than expected. You were definitely right to put it on this list!

I like rose and brown blushes with a brighter lip, and then the eyes can be really simple – like a wash of brightening eyeshadow on the lid and mascara!

I have Maybelline’s Shocking Coral and I have to say I think it’s my favorite lipstick I own! Such a gorgeous bright pinky coral!

I have all these picks except for 3 of them so I’m gonna check those out soon. ^^
I love these shades. I wish I could wear them more often.

Maybelline ColorSensational Vivids are one of my top picks.
So pigmented, bold, and affordable. ^^

I don’t do brights, but do love the formula for the Revlon and Milani lippies. Maybe I’ll work up some courage to try a shade from the Maybelline Vivids range for spring/summer though. I could always tone it down by blotting and topping with a gloss or mixing with another shade to mute “the neon” if I look too scary. lol
