Yeah, the product itself has been done before, but it is the first time for MAC.

I am not sure I want a penultimate liner, I might want to hold out for the ultimate liner….LOL OMG I am soooooo funny!!! For those who dont get it, the word penultimate means second to ultimate. I get the play on words from MAC, pen and ultimate BUT it means second best…hahahahhahah I want the best, not the second best

it seems MAC run out of idea now. it started to follow those Japanese brands, not only this liquid eyeliner but even the suit array eyeshadow duo. the color from suit array is more like a Japanese product which has more shimmer, and less pigment.
MAC suppose to be MAC, not another copy cat.

I’ve heard nothing but good things so far about the liner.
why does everyone go so crazy over mac products? i’ve been in the industry for a long time and i don’t get why everyone thinks they are the be all and all in cosmetics…
They have a lot of new things coming out, which helps drives demand and increase interest, and they have large stores all over the country. The price point is lower than most high end brands, but it’s not drugstore makeup either.
I well love 2 try the liner can’t wait

the best liner of this type is by Loreal super liner in carbon gloss. i am surprised MAC took so long to come out with such a liner…. and yeah the name… penultimate.. like second best.. haha
I haven’t tried this, I’ll try to remember to look for it next time I’m at the drugstore!
I bought it and I tried it the other day for my cat eye look I do all the time… It’s different, but with practice it’ll be awesome to use. Very fun, I’m looking forward to using it more.

I’m 60. I’ve been using this for a year now and there’s nothing any better or easier. Every eyeliner I’ve used just ends up all smoodged below my eye. This stays on and right in place. Lasts all day. I’ve tried other products from drugstores and they’re very hard to put on.
