Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I usually use strong colors during the week, but all in the same shade range, I mean if I do violets, all eyeshadows will be violet or purple. But in the weekend I like to let my real funky side out and I do really contrasted looks like lime and purple, orange and black and so on. And falsies of course!!

I don’t go out a lot…but I usually play up my makeup a bit, depending on my mood. Tonight, for my staff Christmas party, I’ll be doing a smoky blue eye with nude or very light pink lips.

As I do not like neutral looks at all, I will wear brights everyday and everywhere! If I go out for a date, then I will make the color more smoky. That’s just me…I am crazy with colors! 😀

Usually a shimmery champagne/gold on the lid and a smudge of charcoal/black on the outside corners and pull it into a small cateye. Add some black eyeliner & a lipgloss and done.

For a club/dancing kind of place I’ll have more fun with color. Sometimes I do a black eyeliner close to the lashes with a fat line of a bright color eyeliner above the black line and pull the color farther out.

Long and fat lashes and eyeliner if I’m in the mood since I’m not much of an eye makeup person– though I will be very soon because MAC is very tempting (newbie makeup user here)!
I try to keep my skin as ‘clear looking’ as possible, then play up the blush or lips depending on the mood 🙂
