Copper Eyeliners
Copper Eyeliners: Chanel Peche Cuivre, Giorgio Armani #05, UD Baked, UD Lucky, MUFE #10L

Copper Eyeliners: Your Guide

I feel like I should have more coppery eyeliners, but there were only five that I really felt fit here!

  1. Chanel Peche Cuivre is a warm peach with a subtle sheen. (LE)
  2. Giorgio Armani #05 is a lightened copper with a soft, metallic sheen. (LE)
  3. Urban Decay Baked is a warm copper brown. It is not quite as warm-toned as Make Up For Ever #10L. (DC)
  4. Urban Decay Lucky is a rich copper with strong red and orange undertones.
  5. Make Up For Ever #10L is a warm copper brown. It is a touch warmer than Urban Decay Baked.

TEMPTALIA PICKS:  #4 (pigmentation, longevity), #5 (pigmentation, longevity)

Behind-the-Series:  It was my intention to provide heavy, opaque swatches to provide an accurate color comparison.  Some eyeliners required one pass, some required five, and a few even more.  When possible, the shade name (above) is linked to the original review so you can read more about the quality, wear, etc. of a particular eyeliner.  If we’ve never done a review, there will be no link.  Shades that were limited edition will be marked with “(LE)” and shades that were discontinued will be marked with “(DC)” after the color description.  You can also find all comparisons on The Dupe List.

What’s your favorite copper eyeliner? How do you like to use it?

I don’t know what I’d do without copper eyeliners… the world would be a darker place…

Baked is an essential in my beauty routine.

Urban Decay Lucky looks pretty similar to Sephora Flashy Liner in Flashy Brown (which I love). You should try that range of eyeliners.

I agree about the Flash Liners, I have them in almost every color and they are amazing. Flashy Brown is a favorite of mine!

  4. Hazel

I wear UD Baked a lot. Gives a pretty brightness along the eyeline for brown eyes. UD Lucky ends up too hard and orangy on me.

  5. Jane

I love MUFE # 10L. Such a great balace of color and brightness.

  6. I love, LOVE UD lucky!

  7. UD Lucky and MUFE 10L…Mmm mmm mmmm :)

I have a really awesome one from Physician Formula (the type that comes in 3 small jars), It’s awesome and it was less then $10 for all 3 (black, copper and gold)

  10. UD Baked was my favorite eyeliner ever! I bought MUFE #10L and it just doesn’t look as vibrant and metallic on the eye as Baked does… I am so sad.

I have to put a vote in for MAC Rich Ground fluidline – really love it and such a great copper.

Yay I’ve been so excited for the copper eyeliner swatches, it’s my favourite colour! I love UD Lucky but as you say, it’s hard to find many other copper liners.

Thanks for these awesome comparison posts, the Armani and MUFE copper liners look lovely but I would never have seen them in person, so this is really helpful =D
