Urban Decay takes home the awards' biggest title of Best Brand of 2011 with a huge following—26.8%--compared to runner-ups MAC with 16.6% (down from 31.2% last year, who had been the previous four-time winner) and Chanel with 13.2%. It was a great battle this year, because it marks a changing of the guards as well as the first time a more luxury brand, like Chanel, has made it into the top three.
