Zoya Tinlsey Nail Lacquer Review, Photos, Swatches

Zoya Tinlsey Nail Lacquer
Zoya Tinlsey Nail Lacquer

Zoya Tinlsey Nail Lacquer ($8.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a “full-coverage, rose gold foil metallic.” It’s a warm-toned, medium-dark pink base color with metallic, coppery-gold shimmer. Zoya Rica was the only shade that I could think of that was similar, and it is slightly pinker. See comparison swatches.

Tinsley was mostly opaque after two coats, but there was some faint sheerness throughout. You could see the visible nail line coming through at certain angles (in particular, it is noticeble in photos from further away). The formula was good, though, as it wasn’t too thick or too thin, flowed well across the nail with even coverage and no streakingn or bubbling. It dried down slightly faster than the average polish, and there were no issues with visible brush strokes. I normally get a week of wear with Zoya’s formula with minor tip wear but no chipping.

This polish wears beautifuly. Polish chips like mad on me and I am lucky if I can go a whole day with out chips most of the time but this baby lasted 4 days with no chipping and I didnt baby it at all. I was peeling paint stripper and decals of a boat with minimal polish damage (and that was from the paint stripper eating the polish). Three thin coats does the trick with this one and it is way more lovely in person. If you love golden coraly pinks you have got to check out this polish! I dont even normally go for golds or pinks and I love this!

I think this colour would look great with Expensive Pink eyeshadow, a bronzy lipstick like Viva Glam V and an outfit without any too distracting colours. 🙂 I love it! 😉

I like when you do the shot with your hand down flat and the nails can be seen from a bit away. Usually it is the picture where your wedding ring is visible. Thanks. Great color!

This is the most beautiful colour I’ve seen in ages. When the sun hits it, it comes alive like it’s lit with a fire within. Absolutely love it!

How does this compare to Zoya Tiffany? I have Zoya Gloria and thought about getting Tiffany, but it didn’t quite pop on my skintone the way Gloria did. I’m wondering if Tinsley would be a good option.
