Slip Into a Glittering Forest

Zoya Logan Nail Lacquer ($8.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a “yellow-toned forest green with dense, foil-like yellow-gold and blue-green duochrome shimmer.” It’s a dark forest green with emerald green and gold shimmer and sparkle. China Glaze Glittering Garland is more yellow-toned. Zoya Holly has much finer shimmer, is lighter, and more emerald green. Zoya Ivanka is lighter and yellower.

It’s opaque after two coats, and it is densely-packed with shimmer.  At some angles, it seems more golden, and at other angles, more cool-toned, like a bluish-green.  The consistency wasn’t too thick or too thin, and it’s consistent with Zoya’s formula (a little thicker than the average polish but not in a bad way).  It applied evenly and fluidly across the nail.  I typically get a week of wear out of Zoya’s formula without chipping.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! I have green so I don’t have any green polish, I do have the Nars teal ” Superstar ” from the Andy Warhol collection or others which contain green particles ( Mermaid’s Dream, Halley’s Comet ) but no ” deep true ” greens, I just can’t !
Zoya nail polishes are great though, so long wearing and easy to apply.

After looking at your swatch for Storm, I decided to wait until you review Logan. So glad I did! It’s gorgeous! I need it now to make some nail polish gems, then make dangle earrings out of the said gems. LOVE! <3

Do you think this color is similar to China Glaze emerald green? I think its looking a tad bluer than EG. I have been hunting for EG! Do you have any similar dupes?

Thanks!
