The approximate value of the grand prize is $67.50. This prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by winner. Temptalia reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent, or legal guardian of the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the grand prize. Prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery.

By entering or accepting the prize in this contest, winner agrees  to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest runs from June 5th, 2013 through June 18th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST.

Eligibility

This contest is open to U.S. participants unless prohibited by their local state/country. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. For reference, the age of majority is 18 years old in the United States, with the exception of Alabama (19), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), and Nebraska (19). The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Eligible participants are allowed to enter up to one (1) time, as per the section below.

How to Win

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after contest closes to win. In the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. All entries must be received on or before June 18th, 2013 at 12:00AM EST. The winners will be notified via e-mail. Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize after initial notification. If winner fails to claim within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

Black Dahlia! I kinda have a guilty pleasure thing about vampy lips, but I’m too shy to experiment with them. Maybe if I had this I would get the burst of confidence I need!

I’ve always wanted to try OCC Lip Tars! I’m most excited about KAVA KAVA because I’m a fool for nude lips but ANIME also looks rather HOT HOT HOT 🙂

It’s really hard to say which I’m most excited about! I already have Anime (the Lip Tar anyway), and Black Dahlia looks pretty righteous, but I don’t have anything like Kava Kava so I’m gonna say that one!

Since my friend informed me about additive color theory and the whole CYB primary colors…after I’d already bought NSFW, RX, and Traffic, I’d say I’m pretty excited for Anime. 😛 I’ve been trying to figure out which is closer to true magenta, that or Pretty Boy, but either way, it’s a fun color and I am a great fan of the OCC Lip Tars on their own.

I am SO excited for the Detox Black Dahlia set!!! It’s an amazing color and so absolutely her. She is one of my all-time favorite queens and although I adored OCC before, I freaking LOVE them for using DWV as their new models!

I don’t own any OCC, so I’m excited about the chance to win in general! I think Anime is the color I’d wear most, probably mixed with some Kava Kava to tone it down when needed.

I’m most excited about the Black Dahlia lip tar! I’ve had my eye on it forever, it just seems like the perfect black cherry type lip product! I’d love to combine it with MAC’s Nightmoth lip liner for an intense dark look!!

Anime!! I’ve been wanting to try these sooo much forever but every time I go to buy one at Sephora they are really “separated” and it keeps me on the fence about my purchase, I LOVE the color Anime though and it’s def the one I would buy!!
