Win it! My Skincare Favorites from DermStore!

In celebration of DermStore’s recent relaunch, we’ve partnered with them on this giveaway, which features many of my favorite skincare products.  The relaunch, which features a new logo, look and feel, comes on the heels of the retailer’s 20th anniversary and continued commitment to carrying top brands and promoting the love and education of all things skincare.

I’ve been shopping for skincare from DermStore for years now; it’s typically where I purchase products from brands like Avene, Dermalogica, Eminence, Skinceuticals, SkinMedica, and Sunday Riley.  So, you can bet that I’m excited to give away some of my favorite skincare products that are available at DermStore.

The Prize

The following products are all ones I’ve personally tested and really enjoyed over the years!  I’m a huge, long-time fan of Skinceuticals C E Ferulic, which I first purchased in 2017 and have repurchased three times since. Sunday Riley UFO Ultra-Clarifying Treatment Face Oil is one of the few staple products in my routine; the combination of salicylic acid and tea tree just really works for me, and the texture of the oil is perfection. It’s another product I started using in 2017 and have continued to use since (I think I’ve gone through five or six bottles at this point, and I actually have an active subscription for it through DermStore–that’s real commitment!–which saves 15%).

Products like CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser, Avene Redness Relief Cream SPF 25, Avene Hydrance Optimale SPF 25, and First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream are all products I’ve gone back over the years.  CeraVe is reliable brand for more affordable products, and their cleanser is perfect for gentle cleansing (I’m currently going through a bottle as my morning cleanser).  I often purchase Avene moisturizers for suncare, as the texture is lightweight and comfortable and works well under makeup (I got a tip from readers here back in 2017 about Avene’s moisturizers!).

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream has the texture of a higher-end cream but with the quantity/price tag ratio that’s a bit kinder to the wallet; my husband has worked his way through a few jars over the last two years, and it’s one I often add back into my routine in the winter–we always have at least one jar as backup!  My husband loves Sol de Janeiro Brazilian 4 Play Shower Cream-Gel, which we’ve gone through a dozen or more bottles of at this point; I really enjoy the way it lathers and feels during and post-shower.

Finally, the inclusion of one haircare product: Alterna Caviar Leave-In Heat Protection Spray, which is what I’ve been using the last few months before I blow dry my hair–I’m even more cautious and diligent about protecting my hair from damage since I started bleaching and coloring it.

I’m not going to enter this, as I can’t use about half the products for one reason or another, but I did want to come in here and say that this is a nice prize for someone. Thanks for thinking of us!

Aren’t ingredient allergies just the best fun? Using process of elimination to figure it out takes more time than a week’s worth of 10 step routines. Some days it seems there’s more you can’t use than you can.🤬

Unfortunately, I’m allergic to one of the most common skincare ingredients (chamomile), and one or more of the most common chemical sunscreens. (Not sure which one(s) exactly, but never saw any point in trying to figure that out since they’re always added in multiples … and why even bother to figure it out when physical sunscreens work just fine for me?)

Love the Sol de Janeiro was. It smells so yummy.

I’d like to try Sunday Riley UFO oil. I’m actually going to the store to get some tea tree oil. I had waxing done and broke out horribly.

Wow! A great range of skincare – I love how simple the ingredients are! I just started using the C E Ferulic acid and love the brightening drops 🙂 I’d love to try the Avene SPF for application after the serum.

I’ve actually been thinking about trying the Sol de Janerio body wash for a while now. It’s been in and out of my Sephora cart a dozen times by now.

Wow what an awesome giveaway! I would be most excited to try the Skinceuticals C& E Ferulic, I’ve heard such great things about it! Thanks so much for the chance to win!

Lovely prizes, Christine. I don’t think I have tried anything from Skinceuticals but would love to try the CE Ferulic. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win.

Cool! I’m interested in the Vitamin C & SR oil. I’ve been having a bit of a breakout lately and they seem like they’d be helpful.

The FAB Ultra Repair cream was an absolute life saver when I had an allergic reaction to a medication last March. I was covered head to toe in hives and nothing was helping, even Aveeno’s oatmeal bath. I had a sample of the FAB Ultra Repair cream that I was using as a hand cream at the time. I noticed that it had lessened the redness of the hives on my hand. I got my butt to Ulta after work that day, bought a full-sized jar, and never looked back.

this is such a lovely (and generous) thing to do, christine ! personally i’m really interested in the fab ultra repair cream, but as a student the price tag is a bit high, but i might read some more reviews and buy it eventually

I have been using skinceuticals ce ferrulic for the past 20 years and people think I’m 20 years younger than I am. Even the dermatologist said that my face looks better than hers, once I got my hormonal acne under control.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise to come home and see your very generous and thoughtful giveaway! I’m a huge fan of the FAB Ultra Repair Cream and Sunday Riley UFO Oil, wouldn’t mind trying these other products, too. Especially the Alterna Caviar Leave-in Heat Protection Spray and Sol de Janeiro shower cream-gel!

I love the Sol de Janeiro shower gel! It is a staple product and is kept in my gym bag at all times. It smells wonderful, is so moisturizing, and I consider it a treat to myself after a good workout.

I’m most excited to try the Sol de Janeiro body wash because I love the scent of their products and the Dermalogica precleanse because I’ve only heard good things.

I’ve always wondered what the hype was all about for Dermalogica and Sunday Riley products, but they’re a bit above my price range…fingers crossed! Thanks for the awesome giveaway 🙂

I love the Sunday Riley UFO oil it has done sooo much for my skin. It has really helped keep my acne under control without drying out my skin

I actually have a subscription for the Sol de Janieronbody wash on Amazon but I only save 5%. I think I’m going to be switching the Dermstore for the 15%.

I am dying to try the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian 4 Play Shower Cream-Gel, I love the body cream and I just know I’ll love the shower gel. But I might never get out of the shower though lol!

Love the Sunday Riley UFO oil. It’s the only thing where I actually notice a difference after one night of using it on my hormonal breakouts.

I’ve been exploring skincare products & have found Sunday Riley products to be very effective. All the products on the list look great! Nice giveaway!

I’ve heard good things about the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair cream. I’ve been meaning to try it. Psoriasis has left my skin so darn dry & it got good reviews from people with eczema.

Thank you for this amazing opportunity! I’ve gone through a few bottles of the UFO oil myself. It really saved my horrible chin breakouts!

I love and trust your blog so much because you’re so detailed and thorough, I trust your reviews more than any other blogger so if these are your favorites I can only imagine how amazing they are 😍

I love the Sunday Riley oil. I am on my 2nd bottle and I struggle to finish anything. So definitely a commitment from me there, too. The First Aid is also such a good one. Wonderful prize for whoever wins. Thanks so much for the shot!

Most eggcited about the avene redness relief cream! Im all in for sun protection and the heat does not help wity any redness at all. thanks for doing a giveaway!

This is such a neat giveaway, Christine! I’m hitting 30 this year and I think I’ve treated my skin alright until now, but it doesn’t hurt to find new ways to take care of it!

I really want to try the Sunday Riley. I am also interested in both Avene products. I have never tried anything by either company.

That SR UFO face oil sounds like a god-send for my acne problems! I would love to try it, but with that price point, I would need to sample it first to see if it’ll worsen or better my problems!

I’ve had good luck with CeraVe in the past but haven’t ever splurged on luxury skin care…I’ve heard great things about Dermalogica and would love to try that UFO face oil.

Very interesting how Dermstore changed its looks! I really enjoyed how they broke down the ingredient list and what it targets for skincare, so I’m happy they kept that! I would love to try the Sunday Riley clarifying treatment oil, my skin terribly needs it!

Thank you Christine for this giveaway and your unbiased reviews, we all truly appreciate it with the untruthfulness that is often given to us consumers.

What a lovely giveaway! The SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic has been my go-to Vitamin C product for several years. Now, if they could make it smell better, that would be great. 🙂

I’ve heard amazing things about the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic & would be so excited to try that! I’m also dying to try the Sunday Riley UFO face oil!
